Our Refund Commitment
We aim to provide fair, transparent, and customer-friendly refund practices for all AtoZMINES services.
Introduction
At AtoZMINES, your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which payments may be refunded for our online tests, chat services, training programs, counselling programs, certifications, shopping orders, and other offerings related to mining education and professional growth.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Online Tests: Refunds are not available once a test has been purchased and accessed. If technical issues prevent access, we will either fix the issue or provide a test credit.
- Global Chat Messages: Purchases for communication credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase upon request.
- Training & Counselling Programs: If you cancel your enrollment at least 7 days before the program start date, you are eligible for a 100% refund. After this period, fees are non-refundable, but you may request rescheduling subject to availability.
- Certifications: Refunds are available only if cancellation is requested before course access or certificate processing begins.
- Shopping (Products/Materials): Refunds/replacements are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items if reported within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused and returned in original packaging.
- Services: For future services (workshops, seminars, memberships, etc.), refunds will be guided by specific service terms published at the time of purchase.
Non-Refundable Cases
The following scenarios are not eligible for a refund:
- Change of mind after accessing digital content or services
- Failure to attend scheduled sessions without prior notice
- Violation of AtoZMINES Terms of Use or community guidelines
- Discounted or promotional purchases marked as “Non-Refundable”
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details. Once approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 working days. Any applicable transaction or gateway charges may be deducted.
Special Considerations
In exceptional cases such as duplicate payments, technical errors, or service unavailability on our end, we will ensure a full refund or equivalent service credit without delay.
